Privacy policy.
This policy explains what Birdai Labs collects when you use this website, subscribe to our updates, or call our APIs, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect little, we sell nothing.
What we collect
Information you give us directly: name, email address, and anything you write when you request API access or subscribe to daily updates. Information collected automatically: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested, timestamps) and basic, aggregate usage analytics. We do not require an account to read this site or call the free API.
How we use it
To deliver what you asked for: the daily email, API credentials, replies to your inquiries. To operate and secure the service: rate limiting, abuse prevention, debugging, and capacity planning. To understand, in aggregate, which content and endpoints are useful. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Onchain data is different
Birdai's products analyze public blockchain data: transactions, addresses, and execution patterns that are permanently and publicly recorded by the underlying networks. That data is not collected from you and is not governed by this policy. Our published analysis is statistical and aggregate; we do not attempt to link wallet addresses to real-world identities.
Cookies and analytics
We use only what is necessary for the site to function, plus privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics. We do not use cross-site tracking cookies or advertising pixels. Your browser's do-not-track and cookie settings are respected to the extent the site uses cookies at all.
When we share
With service providers who process data on our behalf (email delivery, hosting, analytics), bound by contract to use it only for us. If required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights or the safety of others. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, in which case this policy continues to apply to previously collected data. Never to data brokers.
Retention
Subscription details are kept while your subscription is active and deleted on unsubscribe. API-request records and inquiry correspondence are kept as long as needed for the relationship, then deleted or anonymized. Server logs are rotated on a short, fixed schedule.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices) to protect the personal information we hold. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including the EU/EEA under GDPR and California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Email us and we will honor verified requests within the timelines the law requires. Every email we send includes one-click unsubscribe.
International transfers
Birdai Labs operates from the United States, and data may be processed there or wherever our service providers operate. Where required, transfers from the EU/EEA rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy; the date above reflects the latest revision, and material changes will be noted on this page. Questions or requests: contact@birdai.xyz. See also our legal disclaimers.
