Terms of service.
These terms govern your use of the Birdai Labs website, research library, regulatory intelligence feed, and APIs (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use it.
The Service
Birdai provides execution-quality measurement, research, and regulatory intelligence derived from public blockchain data. Parts of the Service are free (this site, the regulatory-intel API); others (full historical data, execution-level analytics, and authenticated API access) are provided under separate written agreements that supplement these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it, and “you” means that organization.
Acceptable use
Don't interfere with or disrupt the Service; don't circumvent rate limits or access controls; don't scrape at volumes the API already provides for free; don't misrepresent Birdai data as your own or alter it and attribute the result to us; don't use the Service to violate any law, including securities and market-manipulation laws.
API terms
The free regulatory-intel API is provided as-is, without authentication, subject to rate limits and modification or discontinuation at any time without notice. Attribution (“Source: Birdai”) is required when you republish feed content. Bulk redistribution or building a competing intelligence product from the feed requires a commercial license.
Intellectual property
The Service, including the Birdai name, the β mark, our models, scores, methodologies, and all site content, is owned by Birdai Labs or its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Service as permitted by these terms. Underlying blockchain data is public and not claimed by us; our analysis, structure, and presentation of it are.
Feedback
If you send us ideas, suggestions, or bug reports, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them without restriction or compensation. Don't send us anything confidential.
No financial services
The Service is measurement and intelligence infrastructure. It is not brokerage, exchange, custody, advisory, or lending services, and nothing in it is investment, legal, or tax advice. See our legal disclaimers, which are incorporated into these terms.
Warranty disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. Your use is at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Birdai Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or trading losses, arising from the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold harmless Birdai Labs and its officers, employees, and affiliates from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service in violation of these terms or applicable law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections 05 to 10 and 12 survive termination.
Governing law, changes, contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules; disputes belong exclusively to the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
